The alarming racial slant so evident nowadays is a deliberate diversion created by Utusan and other Umno-led media and political NGOs like Perkasa to distract the country from more important issues of corruption, weak governance, promoting growth and reducing socio-economic inequity and injustice.
Harping on and stirring up racial sentiments is totally unproductive. It will also result in disaster not only for the country, but also for those selfish and misguided political, religious and economic elites who hope to gain most from stirring up racial ill-will.
All responsible Malaysians and patriots must be on guard and be united against these malignant forces.
