DISTRIBUTE & GIVE SCHOLARHIPS PROPERLY
It's perfectly okay to give the poor deserving ones their "financial" scholarships
But as an incentive and to spur others to excel academically we can give "merit" scholarships
Whereby due public recognitions are still given as 'non-monetary' awards
