AIDS is a serious matter
It affects your bread and butter
AIDS is no simple laughing matter
Being free from it makes you feel better
AIDS is a dreadful matter
You can't get rid of it with a grass-cutter
Neither can you clean it up with a feather duster
Knowing how to avoid it altogether will be for the better
AIDS is a fearful matter
With its share of myths and realities to fetter
AIDS may drag some down to the deepest gutter
