With good justice, punishment only goes with convicted crime committed

And everyone is deemed innocent, in the eyes of the law, unless proven (beyond doubt) guilty

How then can unjust act be used as "preventive medicine" before a disease is fully diagnosed and submitted

With victims being denied the fair, bright, open, wholesome path of natural justice of known established quality
