Once you’re known to have AIDS
That’s the start of all your headaches
Which will bring about lots of heartaches
Giving you more pain than toothaches!

Once you’re known to have AIDS
That’s the beginning of stomachaches
Which are simply the results of “jobaches”
Giving you eventually all kinds of “cashaches”!

Once you’re known to have AIDS
There’s the new labeling leading to “imageaches”
Which will instill in the general public “fearaches”
Giving you permanently the “condemnationaches”

Once you’re known to have AIDS
That’s the initiation of many “guiltaches”
Which can give rise to cases of “isolationaches”
Giving you bitter realities of “discriminationaches”!

Once you’re known to have AIDS

That’s the continuation of your “lifeaches”
Which are due to the presence of “healthaches”
Giving you endless challenges facing “deathaches”!
