"Quotes, Not Quota, For The World" - 030807

  1. Never say 'die' until you're dead (for by then you don't even need to say it!)
  2. World peace is possible when the world's worst politicians and errant religious leaders are no longer impossible.
  3. Common sense is really not so common after all. Otherwise, there's no need to keep on telling some of the world's (& national) leaders, "Please have some decent common sense!"
  4. Contrary to the popular saying "May the best man win", in a marriage ceremony, the so-called 'bestman' never wins since it's the groom who marries and gets the bride.
  5. When two wrongs do not make one right, even one wrong does not make anything half-right. A wrong is a wrong.
  6. To a true (spiritual &/or intellectual) freedom fighter, deaths come many times before full liberty is ever won.
  7. Fire and water make good servants but bad masters. This principle also applies to any unscrupulous cum greedy politicians and civil servants.
  8. How can we make a positive difference in this world when we tend to remain indifferent and stay diffident in all that we should do but don't or won't do.
  9. While we all can't change the world for the better overnight, the least we can do is to pray for it to be better, if not safer for mankind, every night.
  10. Those who take the drastic path from womb to bomb have chosen the wrong shortcut (or 'shockcut') to the tomb without making maximum use of the humble comb.
